Experience
I am currently working as self employed software consultant.
- Training developers of all ranks to become proficient with Nix
- Designed several lectures from ground up
- Maintaining a dozen application deployments, from internal testing to production
- Migrated to a new state-of-the-art deployment mechanism supporting automatic deployment of every Git commit in seconds
- Improved project wide code quality by implementing and standardizing the use of automated linting & formatting tools
- Designed and implemented a Hardware-as-a-Service platform from ground up
- Developed a gadget that provides a REST-API for out-of-band hardware automation
- Several significant contributions to the internal hardware-in-the-loop testing solution
- Full stack development with Java EE, PostgreSQL, JavaFX, UI tests with Selenium.
- Implemented generic UI framework that derives a filter UI for any given database entity, making thousands of lines of UI code obsolete
